Cheat day
Okay so finally my first cheat day, in the morning i went with the protein shake and then headed to mcdonalds for 10:30 am fish filet and fries with a mcflurry. For lunch I ended up getting nachos from moes filled with all kinds of goodies and finally dinner was icecream. I didn't bother weighing or doing body fat today.
